About Me:
I love to express. From the serious to the seriously funny, from the motionless to the moving. Highly skilled at the piano and a skilled singer, I also appreciate the beauty of spoken word. I have extensive performance experience in small and medium sized concert venues up to 1000 capacity as a pianist, singer, and reader. With the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music I completed Grade 8 Piano with Merit, and Grade 5 Theory of Music with Distinction (scoring 100%). I took A-level Music (scoring 97%).
I have an active subscription to the Disclosure and Barring Service ‘Update Service.’ I am based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, where I also work as a university teacher in medical sciences. I have a Bachelor of Medical Science degree with Honours (BMedSci, Hons) and a Masters in Education (MEd).
My further interests include behavioural psychology and an appreciation for different cultures – I love meeting people from all around the world. I make time to swim and to get out in the open countryside to unwind. I also love freshly boiled beetroot and fromage frais, though not at the same time! Looking forward to meeting you and working together to bring your creative project to fruition.
