About Me:
I trained in the army as a nurse and have been a business entrepreneur for the last 25 years ā I have set up 2 and did a turn around on a 3rd healthcare company, focusing on Rehabilitation for those injured seriously or catastrophically in accidents (head and spinal injures etc.). While doing this I always had a passion for alternative healing since my early 20ās and have trained in a number of healing practices including aromatherapy, reflexology, Reiki, Shamanic healing, crystal healing, sound healing (drums, gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls and lots more). Iām a meditation teacher and I hold cacao ceremonies and teach others to hold cacao ceremonies too in the UK and in Guatemala ā I own a beautiful woodland in East Sussex where I hold weekend healing retreats and training and escape into nature. I have a camper van and love travelling around the UK and Europe. I have an allotment where I grown my own food and keep 3-5 hives of bees and run a community apiary so everyone can get involved with the bees. I spent 4 months travelling around south Central and North America in 2023 and start of 2024. I did a bit of modelling when I was 18/19, then again in 2002 while setting up my first business and am really excited that I now have the time to get back to it because I love it!!!. I have ADHD which is a superpower, giving me lots of energy and enthusiasm š ! we have 2 cats living with us (sadly not ours) and look after friends dogs which is fab as sadly our dog died a year ago ā¹ !
