About Me:
I’m 47 years old, and was recently made redundant from a customer services role for a Christian Charity, having worked there for the best part of two decades. This challenge also offered me a unique opportunity to re-evaluate my working life, and what I was looking to achieve from the next 20 years vocationally. I felt modelling, acting, presenting, singing, and playing, would all give me a chance to express my creative side, in a more meaningful way, than had been possible in my previous role. The skill from the above list that I am newest to is modelling, but I am keen to learn, grow and be stretched in that area, and I look forward to hopefully securing some bookings connected to my other skills, as things evolve into the future. I have had some experience of being a TV extra in the past, featuring in the background on an episode of “Midsomer Murders”. I have been involved in numerous different band configurations over the years, which included gaining much live gigging experience, and have written many original songs, as well as having been involved in several co-writes over the years. I have also had some prior voluntary experience of radio presenting, and also TV presenting, being one of the presenters on rotation to present the church announcements, on a monthly basis. Whilst I have no voiceover experience as such, it is an area that I feel I would be well suited for nevertheless.
