About Me:
Hi I’m Wendy! Born and bred in Southen California, I’m 64 years young and have been a Jazzercise dance fitness instructor for over 30 years. I teach 5 classes/week and own/run 11 classes with 5 other instructors working for me. Up til September 2022 i had 20 classes and 9 instructors but decided to downsize after 16 years of building my territory. Am Fun-loving with plenty of energy! After graduating from UCLA, I came to Europe on a ‘gap year’ to play professional volleyball. I lived/played in Sweden, Italy, France and Switzerland for 13 more years so speak French fluently. I met my British husband in a Swiss ski resort, came to England, got married and had four amazing kids in my forties. Love my family, friends, Jazzercise, healthy eating and living, skiing, sailing, paddleboarding, the beach, travelling and walking my two mini dachshunds. Hardworking, but when you love what you do it’s not work. Plan on enjoying these later years full of vitality, adventure and joy and want to show mature women that age is just a number!
