About Me:
I’m passionate about retirement because now I can do what I fancy, and that’s the icing on the cake for me. I recently had a stroke of bad luck: I tore my Achilles tendon while exercising, and a stolen motorbike hit my car and wrote it off. Life’s short, we have to live in the moment.

I came across an advert for mature models and thought that sounds like fun, so rather than sit in a chair with my feet up, I’m giving it a go. I love dancing, salsa and kizomba, as well as exercise, and I can still party hard like a teenager… well, almost. It’s a day party these days, not night.

As a schoolchild, I performed in every school play I could and was once asked if I would be a backup singer in the Eurovision Song Contest for one of the UK entrants’ groups. I wanted to, but Dad said no, he didn’t want me corrupted, apparently! I was in the school and church choir, although I don’t class myself as a great singer. I sing in the bathroom nowadays.

I’m free to pursue something I was too nervous to engage in as a young woman, afraid of not earning a successful living from it, so I pursued a career in admin/personal assistance, working for senior directors.

I’m of St Lucian parentage, born in the UK, and I adore travelling and seeing other cultures. I love learning things that are fun these days: cooking new recipes, dancing new steps, learning how to model, and I wouldn’t mind trying my hand at acting if I’m accepted. I love fashion and tend to wear everything tall, and I love hats. My friends think I’m a little eccentric in my dress sense. I do wonder if I’m having a midlife crisis sometimes.

I tend to laugh out loud a lot, it’s in my DNA, or maybe it’s because I’ve remained single. I think the gents find me too much. Nevertheless, I’m a happy person generally, loving life, and I choose to surround myself with people who are excited to see me.
