About Me:
I am a driven young creative individual with an interest in both commercial and high fashion. As a child, my dream job was to become a fashion designer because I loved the idea of making my own dresses. My love of clothes and glamour developed as I matured and has blossomed into something more refined since I reached my early 20s – I love experimenting with different styles and aesthetics and creating different looks from my own wardrobe. The looks I have cultivated vary from classic chic, to more gothic and grunge, to experimental and extravagant. As a woman of Asian descent, I also love incorporating elements of my Indian heritage and culture into my style with accessories like chunky gold jewellery and traditional patterns.
I have experience doing amateur modelling and extra work for my fellow creative peers whilst at University, and it is something I would like to pursue with more intent as my career. I graduated from Goldsmiths University in 2022 and was previously working in the VFX industry for films and television. I am comfortable with being in front of a camera as the model, but I also have some basic knowledge of how things work behind the scenes of a shoot and what the general steps are to create a compelling image in terms of lighting, composition and mood.
