About Me:
I went back to university & started a second career in Exercise & Health Science in my 50s. I set up my own Personal Training business and worked as a PT & class fitness instructor for over 20 years right up until the lockdown. I love all aspects of fitness and training and continue to teach a variety of studio classes at a number of local leisure centres.

I also have a qualification in Nutrition and I deliver the NHS National Diabetes Prevention Programme on a part time basis. I am confident in my and approach to group settings.

Most recently I have become passionate about championing the assets of 50+ women. I feel this is an overlooked demographic. Oftentimes there is disposable income, and 50+ womenstill want to be visible, and have so much to contribute. I would like to think that at 65, I am a positive role model for what can be achieved.

My work ethic remains as strong and committed as it did in my early career. I always aim to be as professional as possible in every aspect of my working life.
