About Me:
Hi I am a 44 year old Mum of two teenagers, I currently live in County Durham i was born and brought up in a little ex steel town called Consett which is on the Northumberland border. I was until recently a dental nurse in the NHS for 20 years however after looking after people teeth for all those years I am wanting to go into a career that I would like to go further in. I am very recently come into the modelling industry and had my first photo shoot was a month ago. I have a happy, sunny outlook on life and will try my best with different opportunities that may come into my life. I want to do this to increase my own self confidence and to enjoy the experience that this has been given to me. Even though I live on top of a mountain (feels like it in winter lol) I am happy to travel wherever the jobs are based. Newcastle, Durham, Sunderland and Middlesborough are within easy driving distance for me as well.
I have always had a passion for fashion and for being creative in my own dress sense, I have been known to experiment with different styles and I love having a look around the shops at the different fashions and styles that come out and getting them to see what I can do to make it my own. My style of clothing is very eclectic I can vary from simple top and jeans to boho through to steam punk Victorian. I never let anything stop me for being and expressing myself in my own way and I encourage this in my children. I also love the idea of using modelling and photography to show case different ideas and concepts as well as to highlight different areas that are current. I adore the use of light, props and other different ways of imagery to make the photo more unique and memorable for the client and the consumer who is going to see it.
