About Me:
At 64 years old, 200 words may not suffice, averaging only 4.5 words per year of life. As a wife, mother, and now a grandmother, one of the joys of growing wiser (never old ?!) includes pensioner discounts… Prior to retiring this year, my career spanned over 20 years in women’s health, particularly in the breast implant industry in both the United Kingdom and South Africa. Despite the controversies surrounding silicone breast implants, the journey was immensely fulfilling. I witnessed significant shifts, such as the evolution of breast reconstruction options for breast cancer patients, now a standard part of NHS guidelines. I believe the only relevant experience I have for modelling is throughout my professional life, I regularly conducted live and video presentations for colleagues, plastic and oncoplastic surgeons and breast care nurses This experience has equipped me with confidence in front of the camera and effective communication skills which could be beneficial in the modelling industry.

During the Covid lockdowns, I embraced painting, initially focusing on landscapes. However, after completing a foundation course in fine art earlier this year, I’ve been honing my skills in portraiture and life drawing. Beyond art, I maintain an active lifestyle, enjoying social golf, aqua activities, and walking/running to stay fit.

Retirement for me isn’t just about relaxation; it’s about embracing new challenges, like exploring opportunities in modelling. My first experience at Soho Fashion Studios was exhilarating, and I’m eager for more.
