About Me:
I wasn’t born in France, despite being French. Due to the nature of my father’s profession, which involved moving internationally every so many years, I developed an interest in foreign cultures and travel, which I pursue whenever I have the opportunity. I would describe myself as well-spoken, reliable, always diplomatic, educated yet quite laid back and informal. Think of the ‘bourgeois-bohème’ of the 90s Parisian social trend, also known as ‘bo-bos.’ I would say I’m naturally positive and grateful for the life I lead. I dress smart casually and informally, but I don’t mind wearing a suit.
I’m a morning person. I am a little shy at first but open up quickly if I feel comfortable with someone (I still make an effort to engage in conversation). Humor is important to me, and I appreciate it in others as well. As a Taurus, I tend to avoid conflicts and am generally patient and understanding, with an eye for detail. I get along well with most people, and I’m willing to make an effort with more difficult individuals when necessary (I’ve had to do so in the past, so I’ve learned).
I have a musical and artistic nature, and music has always been my passion. In my spare time, I enjoy cycling, playing pinball, and doing 3D modeling on my PC. I also like to play slow, swinging jazzy blues and laid-back Bossa chords on my guitar, although I’m not a professional. I don’t mind spending hours discovering chords and modes with my jazz guitar. I can usually figure out most chords by ear, even if I can rarely name them.
As a teenager, I had six months of classical guitar lessons and took dance lessons in the style of 50s rock ‘n’ roll, known as Jiving, for a few months at the Paris Rock Club in Waterloo, London, in the early 2000s.
