About Me:
Hello, my name is Kodi, I am 10 years old and I am currently in year 5 at my school. In school, I like writing stories because it lets me express my thoughts and feelings on the paper. So I guess you could say that my best subject is the English language.
My hobbies include playing the guitar, I play both acoustic and electric guitars at my local church. I love to act and dance … I have performed key roles in my school performances and love to do street dance too.
Every month or so I try to learn something new… I picked up drawing a couple of months ago- not cartoon style but realistic drawing- and I am currently practising my shading. Drawing is definitely something I would like to get better at because I feel as if there is always room for improvement. Currently, though, I am learning to play chess and loving it. I also like magic as I feel it brings some mystery to your audience.
For sports, I play basketball and go to training weekly. For leisure, I sometimes play video games, including Fortnite, Mario, etc. My favourite video game is Minecraft as it unlocks your creativity and makes you use logic.
My favourite colour is yellow because it is bright, poppy, and gives me a smile on my face.
I am the middle child of five siblings… all boys I might add … so goes to say I have four brothers, two older and two younger ones.
If I were to sum myself up in three words, they’d be: adventurous – because I like to try new things, resilient – because I have a tendency to never give up, and tall – because my mum always tells me about how tall I am for my age!
And just because am extra I’d add an extra word about myself: fun… I am just fun!
