About Me:
I am an energetic woman in her 60s who works with International Nursery Brands as a Sales Manager by day. Newly divorced and an empty nester I now have time for myself and to follow dreams that I never had the time to do previously. I am a Virgo and thus have perfectionist traits and expect a lot from myself and others. I give 110% to everything I attempt and in the words of my dear mum “If a job is worth doing, it is worth doing well”. I am told I am engaging, fun to be with and am very much a team player. I am half Italian and half Dutch and grew up and was educated in different countries making me a well-rounded, well-educated, articulate, presentable, well-traveled individual. with an international outlook on life. The UK has been my home for 40 years. I would love to be a presenter on TV and as I am a huge foodie working with QVC demonstrating gadgets or making a recipe in front of a crowd would not phase me at all. I have some experience in doing this in private homes and in a corporate environment when I worked for My Secret Kitchen which was a wonderful brand of kitchen ready ingredients which sadly no longer exists. I was chosen to star in a BBC pilot about making extra money on the side with network marketing companies. I am an Art School graduate who has worked in the Fashion Industry as a merchandiser, followed by 25 years in the Property Services sector and for the last 7 years have been working with Baby Brands. Now we just need to find where my face fits!
