About Me:
I am very much an outside/sporty lady. I have 4 horses, 2 of which I compete. One horse’s discipline is dressage (I reached the Nationals a couple of years ago with him) and one I compete at BE Eventing. I also have 3 dogs, 2 cats and 3 sheep. I enjoy most sports, having played hockey for Somerset and tennis for Kent during my teenage years. I attend a Pilates mat class and a reformer class every week, which I thoroughly enjoy. I come away feeling 5ft 10 (well, I keep trying to stretch)!
Spending time with my family is important to me. I have 3 sisters, 3 children and 3 grandchildren, all who live reasonably close to me. Cooking is also important to me and I love entertaining my family and friends. I am a qualified Cordon Bleu cook.
I enjoy travelling. I have spent many years in France, having owned a house over there. I have visited Barbados, The Maldives and Italy. We currently have an apartment in La Plagne so the family are always off skiing, snow conditions permitting! My favourite place to visit is Tresco, on the Isles of Scilly. It is a haven of tranquillity. There are no cars on the island so just nature at its best. We are lucky enough to spend time there each year.
I have a partner who is very much into motor bikes so I am learning to sit still and hold on tight!!
