About Me:
I am an active 63-year-old woman, currently working as a carer in Rugby, Warwickshire, where I also live. I am originally from South Africa and I first came to the UK in 1991. In the 1980s when in my 20s, I dabbled in acting, singing and modelling, though this did not become a career. My career took a different path that involved extensive writing and publishing. Therefore, while writing is one of my hobbies, participating in the creative arts remained unfinished business for me, until I saw the opportunity in the advert for senior models. This to me meant I could explore my hidden talents that I felt never had an opportunity to be mined. My hobbies also include exercise, which is more aerobics than weights, as well as yoga and swimming.
