About Me:
My name is Ian Jones, 58 years old, always worked in a regular career (recruitment) but became interested in photography and modelling after a few friends made encouraging comments from holiday snaps. I was born and raised in Reading, Berkshire, worked first in London then I moved to Dubai with my family and stayed for 16 yrs, returning in 2020. I am now based in Rugby, Warwickshire, with my partner. I am fan of most sports, and was a keen a keen Rugby player in my younger days. During the last 15 yrs or so I have tried to keep myself fit and active with Triathlons and am still a participating in events. I am also a very keen amateur cook (bit of a specialism in Indian and Italian) as well a keen reader of both trash and classic novels. I enjoy theatre (Stratford upon Avon close to home) and watch films and TV/streaming series, mostly crime/thriller. I am a father of three grown up daughters. Having lived abroad for a long time, I enjoy travelling and have been lucky enough to visit quite a few countries for pleasure and work purposes and love active holidays (can’t just sit on a beach!).
