About Me:
I live in Leeds city centre.
I am a fully trained cocktail bartender, chef and barista; I currently work as a restaurant manager and freelance front-end developer. I have worked in hospitality for 8 years, and in sales roles for over 2 years. I have an extensive knowledge in cocktails, flare and food & beverage presentation.
A few years ago, I won every category in a national barista competition.
I have also worked as an independent hospitality consultant – leading cocktail photoshoots, performing in videos, writing video scripts, writing bespoke cocktail menus, and helping increase bar profits.
From my career experience, I have gained experience as a public speaker and hosting events, which is one of the reasons I think I would be suitable in an acting role.
I play Guitar and Piano, as well as write and produce music (mostly rock, blues and funk) and would love to incorporate these skills in any way possible.
I enjoy rock climbing and I love to travel. Fortunately, I have had the chance to visit many countries, experiencing many different cultures. I have a life-long passion for cooking, and enjoy a healthy diet and lifestyle.
