About Me:
I am mixed race, half Japanese (mother) and half Greek (father). As such I am fluent in both Greek and Japanese languages. Although I spent my early childhood living in Japan, I have spent most of my life in England. I have spent most of my adult life in the Midlands and I am currently based in Stoke-on-Trent. I am a Consultant Surgeon specialising in upper gastrointestinal cancer surgery working within the NHS at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. I have a PhD. I regulary perform Robotic Surgery to use the most advanced technology in surgery. I am passionate about fitness, music, family and food. I have a social media profile named Kitchen Surgeon where I showcase my home cooking on Tiktok, Instagram and YouTube. I also showcase some of my DJ skills on these platforms. I have two sons aged 11yrs and 13 yrs. I am a sincle father. I have grade 8 qualification in oboe playing. I am black belt in karate. I enjoy fashion and nice close and appreciate when people make an effort to look good, I think that this is important. I am creative and believe that I can channel my creativity into modelling.
