About Me:
Evie Langton, I originally come from Essex, although the part I come from is now known as East London. I support West Ham United but please don’t hold that against me! I lived in Cambridge for a few years and now I live in Sandhurst, Berkshire. I have worked in accounts, administration, customer service, events organiser, HR and training coordinator, as a PA to the General Manager of a large motor retailer and in hospitality. I sing and play a bit of keyboard in a five piece classic rock covers band. We play mostly pubs and private parties, and have done a couple of years gigging at a holiday park in Devon. I started the band with one of my best friends about 15 years ago and we have the most fun. I have a wonderful and supportive husband. I love animals and worked at a veterinary clinic for 10 years. I have a cat and a recently acquired kitten and love them both to bits. I will always need to have a cat (or two) in my life. My husband and I are members of the Mutiny Dub Club (Berkshire) and go to meetings and events as much as we can in our T6 VW Campervan. We also have a retro T@B Teardrop caravan. I have lots of very dear and precious friends who I love to see and spend time with, so coffee dates are a regular in my diary (I love my coffee). I love music and every year go to see my favourite bands when they’re touring (Kaiser Chiefs, Hollywood Vampires, Alice Cooper, Stereophonics, Within Temptation, Blondie, Simple Minds, Pretenders, The Cult, James) the list goes on.
I’m looking forward to having a go at paddle boarding when the weather gets warmer again, too cold at the moment. Always up for a new challenge! I’m a member of Historic Royal Palaces and love going to Hampton Court, which is my favourite. I enjoy days /nights out in London, South Bank, The Shard, just walking around and seeing stuff.
