About Me:
Hi, my name is Elizabeth and I would describe myself as a very warm, confident and friendly person, I love meeting new people , learning about different things, travelling (60 countries to date) and exploring new possibilities! I currently work as a teacher and therapist so the majority of my time is spent helping others which I find very fulfilling. If you are able to be instrumental in making fundamental and long lasting change to help others fulfil their potential and improve their own lives and relationships with others then to me then is nothing more rewarding.
My family and friends are my world and I’m very fortunate to have very close family ties whilst they also are very encouraging for any decisions I may make. I have two parts to my life one is very professional in my career in which I am very focused and dedicated, the other part is when I go home and play with the dogs or my little nieces both parts of my life bring me much joy and happiness in equal measure and provide a sense of internal balance .
I believe life is short and you have to make the most of it as we are only here once and there is nothing worse than having regrets. I also believe that you can achieve anything you desire if you are able to take a deep breath and then take a leap of faith!
