About Me:
I’m a qualified professional chef of 29 years, a very keen gardener, and music is my heart beat. I’m a classically trained musician and have dj’d on vinyl decks since 1994, now use both vinyl and cd’s. I love to paint, (abstract acrylics are my favourite), when I’ve time. I’m a sun worshipper and often holiday on the Spanish south coast, and enjoy the outdoors/nature/camping to help keep calm and reset from a stressful day to day hospitality career. I’m currently design, develop and train menus for a large Italian high street restaurant chain, and am in charge of their entire Food & berverage operation. Modelling in all its forms is new to me, I’m happy in most situations and am willing to try everything once, all within reason. I’ve both ears pierced, have a large ‘T’ shaped tattoo on my back and an active gym member, so like to think I look pretty good for 49, as I take care on my body and look half decent as a result.
I’m a cat lover, and have a wonderful 11year old ginger fluff bag called Marley, but animals in general are much loved, pets or on the wild. I’m fairly well travelled, my work has offered me some benefits, so be seen the likes of Italy, Spain, France, parts of the U.S, Saudi Arabia , and Dubai, all of which helped me to evolve as a person. In a happy guy, very amenable , patient, punctual and hard working.
