About Me:
What can I say!! My name is Diana and I’m a mature woman of colour. I’m someone who loves life! I have three grown up children and a cat that has an attitude and a great personality! I have developed a nurturing, caring, patient and understanding temperament who has worked in an industry that has required these skills. I have a great personality and do not take things seriously and always smiling. One of my strongest attributes is being a people person.
Interests
My interests are looking after my family, cooking, travelling, entertaining listening to all genres of music and dancing and meeting new people from different backgrounds.
I have been physically active over the years playing basketball and netball for the local league.
I recently retired from netball to pursue other interests.
I go walking which helps keep me in shape and my mind focused.
I am currently employed at a womens’ clinic as a Health Care Assistant three days a week and on occasion I may be requested to work additional days. Once I’m aware of when I will be required, my working patterns can be adjusted to suite.
I’m willing to travel to different destinations across the UK and international travel if needed.
The goal I have for myself is to step out of my comfort zone and show the world that if I can do it, then anyone can do it!!!
My weakness is venturing into the unknown. Once I have overcome my fears then I will be able to face any challenges head on.
My strengths are being able to adapt to different situations, making people around me feel comfortable, listening and following instructions.
