About Me:
I have worked in the retail and fashion industry at a senior level for over 40 years. In December 2023, I decided to leave my corporate job to see where life takes me and explore new opportunities.
I enjoy keeping fit and regularly practice yoga, attend a dance class, and play short tennis, alongside walking and cycling. I am passionate about fashion and have an appreciation for good design, from homewares to cars and architecture. I have been fortunate to travel with my job and have had some wonderful experiences along the way.
In January 2024, I started volunteering at Smartworks, a charity that supports women in getting back into employment. We provide clothing for their interviews and coach and mentor them to ensure their success. We have a 69% success rate for women securing a role. It is very rewarding, and I love it.
This is a new opportunity for me to step into a new industry. I am professional and always ensure I am authentic and demonstrate empathy.
