About Me:
I’m a positive, motivated, and professional 50-year-old woman. My passions and interests include horse riding, nature, meditation, and mindfulness. I also love music, film, and going to the theatre, although I have less time for it nowadays. I like to sing when I can. I set up a choir at my last company and now do it for fun, mainly with spiritual groups.
I’ve had a 30-year career in marketing and advertising and quit the corporate world in January to set up my own coaching and consultancy business, Flying Horses. I’m a first-time leadership coach, especially for women wanting to get into leadership roles or who are first-time leaders. I’m driven to help people succeed and grow, using a blend of mindfulness and coaching to support resilience and growth.
I’m outgoing, friendly, and a big smiler. I love children, although I don’t have any of my own, and I love animals.
I love clothes, makeup, and getting dressed up, but I am also happy in wellies and jodhpurs, or leggings and trainers. I like to look good and I also want to inspire more women to be confident, even if they’re not super skinny and are a bit quirky.
I think I’m easygoing and easy to work with, and I like to do a good job. I’ll always ask questions if I don’t know what I’m doing.
