About Me:
As a woman of colour I was raised in London as a child and I am known for being emotional, caring and compassionate as well as self-protective with a sense of humour. That is according to my star sign of Cancer. I am of Barbadian parentage and they came over from the Caribbean in the early 1960s to work for the NHS and BT. As a child I had a pet fish and budgerigar. I was fortunate to visit the island of Barbados to see my relatives. I went to the local school and started work after leaving college. I am happy to be single and have never married Mr Right. I eat most types of food and do not smoke. I have good health and to be honest I cannot swim, but I do like the water.
I am a beginner and want to be a fashion model but I have no experience. I have studied drama at college and the best part was an outing to the theatre to see a live performance. I have done a professional photo shoot at Pierre Lemond Photograpy in London for a personal album and I have done a TV and film video makeover for The Tonight Show at NBC Studios in New York City.
My day job is working in the health and care sector which I have done for many years. I currently work as a Nursing Assistant in a hospital ward. I am sometimes quiet and shy and prefer my own space, especially when I am tired after a long day.
I have been fortunate to travel to several countries in Europe and Caribbean. I particularly enjoyed going to Seville and seeing a flamenco show and the royal palace. I am planning to travel to South East Asia next year for a holiday.
