About Me:
I am a fourth-year student at the University of Edinburgh, where I study Philosophy and Theology. At Edinburgh, I try and make the most of any theatre opportunities available to me, and have performed in numerous plays for the drama societies, including multiple shows during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. I have also acted in, and occasionally written, a number of short films. I love switching between stage and screen, as it allows me to explore completely different aspects of performance. As well as this, I volunteer as a theatre reviewer for North West End UK, which is incredibly fun. I like to watch theatre as often as I can, so getting the opportunity to go and have my thoughts published means the world to me. A few of my reviews for Fringe shows this summer have over 1000 views! Outside of the drama world, I work part-time as a tennis coach. I like to stay as active and fit as possible, and tennis gives me an opportunity to do that whilst trying to help someone else improve. There’s nothing more rewarding than when someone who’s never held a racket before first hits a ball over the net! Overall, I’m passionate, dedicated and hardworking. I like to make the most of any opportunities I can, and love to get stuck in even if I’m relatively inexperienced.
