About Me:
I joined the Parachute Regiment at 18, spending 14 years in the military. I served in Ireland, the Gulf, Bosnia, and Rwanda, of which I am very proud. I love my current job as a chef, a profession I have held for over 20 years. Currently, I work on TV and film locations. I have 4 children, 3 grandchildren, and a wonderful wife who backs and supports me in every endeavor, including this new venture.
