I’m a certified yoga instructor, a charity worker and a proud grandfather, with a life shaped by service, curiosity, and connection. My career has taken me around the world — from Washington to Rome to Colombo — working as a diplomat and gaining a deep appreciation for people, cultures, and the power of positive change.
I’m passionate about education and opportunity. I spent a decade with the Open University. I seek to contribute to environments where people can thrive. I’m particularly fascinated by the power of brands to do good — how thoughtful storytelling and purpose‑led work can inspire trust, shift perceptions and make a genuine difference in people’s lives.
At my core, I value kindness, honesty, and authenticity. These guide how I show up in the world, whether I’m teaching yoga, supporting charitable causes, or collaborating on creative projects.
I’m currently based in a rural community in North Buckinghamshire, enjoying a balance of calm and creativity. I’m a Portsmouth lad by origin, with a strong family tradition of military service — values of resilience, humility, and commitment run deep. I bring that same sense of purpose, warmth, and integrity into everything I do.
