About Me:
I am currently based in Bedford, I was born in Cardiff due to my father serving in the Royal Air Force. I don’t have a welsh accent because I only lived in Wales for a very short period of time. As a child I moved around to different countries due to my father’s promotions within the service. I am very passionate about wellness for both males and females that is why I am currently working as a fitness consultant. I have been doing this in different business sectors for over 20 years. From an early age I have been interested in fashion, modelling and photography for instance I have taken part in fashion shows, i’ve been a model for an advert for a local company and a hair model.
