About Me:
I am recently retired, I wanted to make sure I set myself new challenges rather than submitting to a comfortable life of aimless pottering. Modelling struck me as a brilliant opportunity to keep myself engaged with a world outside my age group. I have a learning mindset and I am up for any new challenge. I firmly believe that you should grab any opportunity in life within your reach. I also want to demonstrate that mature people are not invisible and are playing a positive part in our communities and lives.
I am resilient, curious and absolutely love a challenge. I am unflappable as I am used to dealing with crises on a grand scale. I am also down to earth, pragmatic and comfortable with taking direction from others. I will bring kindness, empathy and humour to any working environment. Finally, I am endlessly curious about other people and cultures.
