About Me:
I am based in Surrey on the Surrey/Sussex boarder, I was born and grew up in Kent and am married with 2 adult children and a working cocker spaniel.
I have run my own business for 35 years specialising in restoration of historic building facades.
I am a trained mediator and practice on a voluntary basis with a charity.
I am sociable, confident and enjoy cooking and entertaining.
I take care of my diet, health and well being with an active outdoor lifestyle, yoga & breath work.
I have always had a keen interest in design and fashion. Design linking into my work with architecture and fashion gives me the incentive to keep up with trends and to dress well.
I am passionate about travel, always looking to explore new destinations and places far off the beaten track.
As a child I thrived in being involved in school plays and productions. Although I haven’t pursued this through my adult life, it is a passion that has never left me and I feel it is there, lying dormant, ready to be re-discovered. Making people laugh is, I feel, one of life’s joys!
My hobbies include: Distance walking and trail hiking, windsurfing & water skiing. I am a proficient skier and horse rider, to a competitive level in my youth.
I consider myself to be young at heart and feel that I can relate and interact with all age groups.
