About Me:
I’m originally from Romania. Both of my parents are from there , I am fluent in Romanian.
I’m currently studying at college three days a week, where I’m pursuing a qualification in level 2 catering and hospitality, in addition, I’m working three days a week as commis chef in a hotel. This combination of education and practical experience has helped me develop valuable skills, including teamwork, communication, time management, and working effectively under pressure. I have one more year of education remaining and will be progressing to level 3 catering skills.
I’m passionate about cooking and the art of creating and enjoying developing new ideas. As part of my role, I have worked with my colleagues on creating new dishes for the menu.
In my spare time, I enjoy staying active by going on forest walks and by attending a fitness center.
