About Me:
Having always regarded myself as a leader, having demonstrated such in a commission only sales & sales manager private medical insurance career, I’ve always thought that I could make more of my image in a model, voiceover or acting role. Having tried approaching 2/3 agencies a couple of years ago without any portfolio or experience, without any reply, I felt a little discouraged, however having now finally gotten a professional portfolio together and with a more determined approach, I know that I have what it takes to break into this industry!
I regard my personality and character as very authentic which I believe comes across in my images. I’ve always been told that I have a good English accent, whereby I take pride in the pronunciation and presentation of the English language by way of speech. Quietly confident, although a bit of a show off if I’m honest, I also regard myself as above average intelligence, having scored 151 with Mensa in an exam in the past, regarded as being in the top 2% nationally.
I feel that during my nearly three decades in the PMI sales industry, I’ve always appealed to a wide spectrum of people, with my annual sales figures reflecting this, as a Aviva/Vitality/AXA agent, having always been within the top half dozen nationally, and in 1999, pre-Covid, last year of being an insurer agent before I became a broker, I topped the pile for AXA! Born in Lancing, West Sussex, I grew up then in Southampton, Hampshire, before moving to SW London & Surrey, twice married. Quite competitively driven I’m sure that I would succeed in casting sessions.
