At 58, I represent modern midlife with energy, warmth and authenticity. I am slim and toned, lead an active lifestyle and regularly lift weights to stay strong and healthy. I love walking and hiking, and I’m passionate about nature – being outdoors keeps me grounded, positive and inspired!

Professionally, I come from a corporate commercial marketing background and now run my own business as a Virtual Assistant. This means I understand brands, messaging and the importance of professionalism. I am organised, punctual and reliable, and I take direction confidently and positively.
