Shevon Bernadette Smith

About Me: Shevon Smith is a 46-year-old single mother of one, of Afro-Caribbean descent. She is currently employed as a Staff Nurse in the NHS, working in a Special Care Baby Unit. Originally from the Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago, she comes from a large family of 9 siblings (herself included) and grew up in very humble circumstances. She qualified as a Registered Nurse and Professional Midwife and has worked in the field of nursing for over 21 years. Shevon can be described as jovial and fun-loving in character, yet highly resilient, independent in her lifestyle, strong-minded, and focused on her achievements. Outside of work, she enjoys reading books on motivation, mindset, and mentoring; travelling to explore nature and historical sites; or simply relaxing by the seaside. Shevon places her trust and faith in God the Almighty Father, believing He is the reason for all her current achievements and blessings. Although Shevon has dedicated most of her life to the healthcare industry, she has always had a strong personal interest in fashion and design, drawn to the versatility and variety of the industry.
