🔎 Seeking Performers

Principals

• Outstanding singer/actors with ability to perform both musical theater and pop/rock genres.
• Good movement skills a plus.
• Principals (Featured Singers) hired for The Wizard of Oz (3–4 performances weekly) will also perform in an original Royal Caribbean Signature Production onboard the Icon of the Seas (3–4 performances weekly).
• Must be available and willing to travel internationally aboard our ships.

Ensemble

• Outstanding dancer/singers with strong technical, contemporary, and commercial ability.
• Acro/tumbling skills a plus.
• Also seeking excellent singer/actors with good movement skills and ability to understudy principal roles.
• Ensemble members hired for The Wizard of Oz (3–4 performances weekly) will also perform in an original Royal Caribbean Signature Production onboard the Icon of the Seas (3–4 performances weekly).

📋 Open Call Information

• Principals: Prepare two songs — one traditional musical theater and one pop/rock.
• Ensemble: Come prepared to dance first. Also prepare two songs — one traditional musical theater and one pop/rock.
• Bring: Headshot, résumé, and personal songbook (in case you are asked to sing something different).

📅 Schedule

• Rehearsals: May 28, 2026 – July 31, 2026
• Contract: August 1, 2026 – June 12, 2027

  Invited appointments begin at 9:30 AM. Open call auditions will begin upon completion of invited appointments and continue until 6:00 PM.

🎶 Additional Casting

• Featured Actors/Singers: Excellent singers with strong, versatile acting ability. Good movement skills a plus. Will also perform in our original Signature Production.
• Lead Vocalists: Excellent singer/actors with good movement skills. Various vocal ensemble roles will be required to understudy principal roles. Will also perform in our original Signature Production.
• Dancer Vocalists: Outstanding dancers/singers with strong technical, contemporary, and commercial abilities. Must be able to sing. Acro/tumbling a plus. Will also perform in our original Signature Production.
