About Me:
I am a Michelin-trained chef and have worked internationally for over 25 years. For the past 11 years I have owned my own boutique hotel and fine-dining restaurant. In 2008 I was shortlisted for National Chef of the Year.
In my 20s I was the singer in a rock band called Jumble. We played all over the UK and supported bands such as The Specials, Halo James, EMF, and The Bluetones.
In my mid-20s I worked for a lookalike agency as a David Beckham double, which took me as far as Madrid.
In my late 20s and early 30s I lived in the Alps, teaching snowboarding and cooking in a fine-dining restaurant.
In my teens I played semi-professional football for Cheltenham Town.
Most recently I won Gold in the Taste of the West awards for Best Fine Dining Restaurant and have published my own cookbook.
