About Me:
I am currently studying at a grammar school for girls, and my favourite subjects are art, maths, Design & Technology, PE, biology, chemistry, physics, and drama. I enjoy participating in extracurricular activities both in and outside of school. I do modern and jazz dance (modern for 7 years and jazz for 2 years so far) and ballet, which I did for 8 years. However, I stopped doing ballet and joined jazz dance two years ago. I had a dance show this year in July in a theatre. I also do piano lessons and have been playing for the last 7 years. I completed all of my swimming grades and completed all levels of lifeguard training. Furthermore, I have completed my ice-skating courses, and sometimes I go roller-skating with my friends.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing the piano, roller skating, drawing/ crafting/ painting, listening to music, and trying to learn new languages. I also like fashion and make-up. I sometimes go for a walk in the countryside with my parents and friends, and I sometimes help my mother with gardening and cooking, as I really enjoy baking.
I enjoy the holidays with my mother because I sometimes participate in conferences, meetings, and volunteering, teaching English to pre-school and primary school children through talking and reading.
I enjoy my time at school, being with my friends. When I was in primary school, I was selected as one of two students to become a pupil forum member. I worked as a team and worked with the school governors, council and other pupil Forums to be a voice for our school. I have also been selected to do sports for my school and have received a few awards for both sports and art. In secondary school, I was selected to give a speech to the potential new children and parents at our school’s open day. At the end of year 7, I also received an award for my creativity in art.
