About Me:
I have been training in a gym, lifting weights for 30 years. I have competed in CrossFit competitions (individual, pairs & Teams), Strong Woman competitions and gained three 3rd places. Several weeks ago I started Reformer Pilates twice a week.
I have recently done several personal/professional photo shoots in the UK to showcase my physique. My next photo shoots are in Dubai, November 2025 & Zanzibar, June 2026.
I learnt to pose for 9 months before stepping on stage for my first body building competition, Pure Elite in November 2023. I entered 5 categories. Fitness Model Tall (1st), Fitness Model 45+ (1st), Fitness Model 35+ (3rd) Fitness Model Tattoo (1st) and International Model (4th). I became a Pro body builder in my first competition.
I used to cycle with a local cycling club.
I also love gardening, travelling, art, music concerts, good food & wine, theatre.
Currently Based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. I was born in Basingstoke and have lived here all my life.
