About Me:
Hi, I’m Zak, and I am 15 years old. I live with my mum, dad, and younger brother, Luca; he’s 9. We live in North Wales, and I go to my local high school, which, thankfully for me, is only a two-minute walk away.
I am a successful triathlete, competing since I was 8 years old. I have represented the North West at regional and international championships, including Mallory Park and the ‘Château de Chantilly’ triathlon in Paris. I was also lucky enough to meet my hero, Olympic gold medalist Alex Yee, while competing in Canary Wharf recently. I play right wing for my local football team, which is currently at the top of our local league, and I compete for my swimming club at the regional level.
At school, my favorite subjects are Maths, Science, and P.E. I’ve just taken my Science GCSEs and was very pleased to get an ‘A’ in Biology and Chemistry and a ‘B’ in Physics. I will also be taking my Maths GCSE a year early and hope to do just as well.
I have a passion for flying, and I had my first flying lesson for my 15th birthday. I’m considering a career in this field, possibly as a pilot or working in air traffic control; this could be in the private sector or in the Royal Navy. We will see!
As for modeling… well, it was my friend Sam who saw one of my photos on my phone and said I should be a model. I’ve always quite liked having my photograph taken, and many people have complimented me, saying I’m photogenic. Now that I’m 15, I’m starting to look for a job, and this seems like the perfect opportunity. I am excited to see where it may lead.
