About Me:
I have worked as a textile designer in the fashion industry for 26 years, producing fashion and furnishing prints. I sold these designs in New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Lille (France), Hong Kong, and India. This job involved a lot of traveling, but over time, I grew tired of being away from home, so I relocated to the South Coast in Hastings. I bought a bar/café in the popular old town of Hastings, which I successfully ran for 21 years before selling the business in early May this year.

Now, I’m looking forward to focusing on painting, drawing, and being creative. I also enjoy having the time to work on my house, as I’m very particular about aesthetics. If things don’t look right, it drives me crazy! I take great pleasure in making my kitchen and all the rooms look beautiful (in my opinion).

I also love spending time outdoors, working in the garden, or going for country walks with my dog. I enjoy coastal and woodland walks as well. Fashion is another passion of mine; I like to dress well or at least in a way that reflects my sense of style.

Cooking is another hobby I enjoy, and I love preparing a variety of cuisines, including Indian, Italian, Spanish (Mediterranean), and Thai. I’m always open to trying new recipes and learning from my mistakes when they happen.

One of my favorite activities is meeting up with an artistic friend, visiting a gallery, and then enjoying a good meal at a restaurant. I love good conversation and a good laugh.
