About Me:
My name is Kay (Skye), I am 55 years old, I currently live in London and work in the NHS in a specialist field.
a people’s person with a huge interest in fashion and the music world but with no formal experience in either.
I am an extrovert most times, very gregarious, with a social able personality, I have a positive outlook in anything I set out to do, I am determined, ambitious, hard-working, work well within a team, good at taking directions and reliable. Always push myself to achieve the highest of standard.
I am usually a happy person, enveloped myself in calmness, like to take myself off to a Spa for some rejuvenation, recharge and come back to the usual everyday life. Meditation is my first task every morning before I begin my day, as it sets the mood and determine my outcome for the day. Many of my interest lies in ‘Health’, I eat well (Vegetarian), look after the earth with an Eco-friendly mindset.
I use my free time to make greeting cards which I designs from scratch, (recyclable). In my art box you can find cards of uncommon designs, created by me. My children and extended family are the recipients of my unusual cards.
Amongst the above, I like to travel, listens to meditation music, gospel, jazz, R&B. I also enjoy watching lifestyle reality TV shows, reading, cooking and entertaining guests.
My keep fit regime is going for a half an hour walk in the evenings although my job keeps me on my feet for most of the working day.
