About Me:
I’m a lover of nature and love being outdoors. I worked for Sainsbury’s for 40 years until I retired in February 2012. I retired as an OAP in January 2021. For the last 23 years, I’ve worked part-time as a waiter. I love the work as I enjoy meeting new people, and I’m still doing it at this time. I have two cats, but I think it’s more like I live with them than the other way around. I love all animals though.

I completed a parachute jump for charity when I was 46 years old, and it was one of the best things I’ve ever done. I stopped smoking when I was 42, and that’s the best thing I’ve ever done.

I’m interested in several things. As I said, I love the outdoors and nature. I’ve started getting back into photography, but my passion is macro photography of animals, insects, and flowers. As I mentioned earlier, I have two cats, and I also keep 19 koi carp.

I’ve been a member of Newmarket Golf Course for the last seven years, and I try to play three times a week. I also go carp fishing just for the sport, not to keep the fish.

I love all types of music, from blues to classical. My favorite bands are Pink Floyd and Jethro Tull, and my favorite single is by Bob Dylan.
