About Me:
Born in South Sudan, East Africa, I moved to London in 2004 with my twin brother and was raised by my aunt. At that time, I could hardly speak English and was constantly moving around London. Growing up in gang-affiliated neighborhoods, I quickly had to adapt to new ways of living. Being raised in London with limited resources and facing bullying as a child, I soon realized there was no point in feeling sorry for myself; instead, I chose to improve my situation by working with the cards I was dealt.

Faced with extreme challenges and overcoming numerous adversities, I am a self-driven individual who is patient, resilient, confident, and eager to reach great heights. My desire for greatness and to inspire young people motivates me daily. Having endured severe depression, significant weight gain, and a feeling of hopelessness, I bounced back with a “can-do” attitude that propels me to great achievements in any field I pursue.

I am an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with years of experience working with people of all ages in various settings, from bar work to teaching and coaching youth in schools. I am ambitious and optimistic, approaching every situation with a positive attitude. I am a great team player and can easily adapt to new work environments.

Currently, I work as a Teaching Assistant and Sports Coach at a secondary school, and I am also a freelance model, visual artist, and graphic designer. As a fitness enthusiast, I enjoy playing competitive basketball. I love traveling and exploring different cultures. In my spare time, I often go to the gym, play basketball, read or listen to podcasts and audiobooks, or sketch.

I’m frequently asked if I am a model and encouraged to consider it seriously if I’m not. Every now and then, my twin brother and I are invited to model for friends’ and acquaintances’ brands. Over the past two years, I have done numerous shoots, both paid and unpaid. I was recruited by D1 Models on Camden Street about two years ago, and I have done several shoots and castings for them, though my work has been inconsistent.

In addition to modeling, I have been involved in acting, with a role in a short film titled Mind States UK. This film explores life as a young Black man growing up in a poverty-stricken, gang-affiliated neighborhood in London.

I am a university graduate with an undergraduate degree in Interior Design from Coventry University, as well as a Level 3 Personal Trainer certificate. Currently, I work as a Teaching Assistant and Sports Coach in an SEMH/PRU school in Edmonton.
