About Me:
My name is Merril David, I am 65 years old, I was born in Grenada (The Isle of Spice). I came to England at the age of 13 years old and was living in Canterbury with my mum, sister and brother-in-law. After about a year my mum and I moved to London where I attended Brondesbury & Kilburn High School, I stayed there until the age of 17. My first job after leaving school was working for Wallis Fashion Group (The Head Office) working as an Allocator and also sometimes modelling some of their samples, we used to attend lots of fashion shows as guest. When I was younger I wanted to be a model because I had the perfect figure and the height, I had my portfolio done and it all went out of the window, because I had a little boy and somehow the figure did not come back as it should so I gave up, I have one boy and one girl, two grandsons and a foster son that I care for.
When I was younger I always wanted to be a model but it did not materialise, so when I saw the advertisement for mature models I thought I will give it another go and hope for the best. I enjoy travelling and socialising. I am interested in modelling for high street shops, being extras on film set, advertisement etc, but not as an actor or actress. I am willing to try anything within reasons as it gives me more experience in doing what I really wanted to do in my first life.
In my younger days, I used to play Netball seriously for a club attending matches and rallies all over, before that I was a member of the Middlesex Ladies Athletic Club, I was very sporty when I was growing up, not so much now but I do try to attend the gym on the odd occasion.
