About Me:
I am Dutch and moved to the UK 28 years ago for the love of my life. Didn’t regret it for one second.
I have two grown up sons, who have left home and a little canine daughter; a Jack Russell who keeps me on my toes and makes me laugh every single day.
My starsign is Pisces, with ascendant Leo. Pisceans can be dreamy and all over the place, but my ascendant has served me to stay grounded and focussed. I am naturally very relaxed and easy going with a strong work ethic.
I love the gym and a variety of exercise, walks in nature, eating good food, socialising and gigs in alternative venues, like the Club 100 in Dean Street and the Half Moon in Putney.
I am working for myself as a psychotherapist / life coach for the last 25 years and absolutely loving it. My specialist area is narcissistic abuse and I wrote two books about the topic. I am supporting clients via Zoom from all over the world.
I used to do a lot of in person networking, which all changed after Covid, when meetings are now held mostly on Zoom. While networking I met loads of interesting people and participated in different activities, on offer by the members, such as forest bathing, alternative healing, nutritional advice and workshops. I miss that element of activity and hope that modelling will fill in the gap. Offering new experiences, new places to visit, and people to meet.
