About Me:
I’m Lisa age 47 and a single mum to my son Bertie. I spent over 21 years at British Airways predominately as a cabin crew, I was also a trainer at British Airways. I’m now a freelance training consultant training in all sorts of organisations around customer experience, employee experience, leadership, aviation, wellbeing and mental health.
I’m a fun, engaging, self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude. I approach situations with a positive mindset. I’m passionate about people. A relationship builder with proven experience in motivating and building a high-performing and positive culture creating an engaged environment. I’ve travelled extensively which has given me a high level of cultural awareness. I exude positivity, drive and ambition.
I’m passionate about practising positivity. I’m super curious about neuroscience. I go to the gym, play golf, practice yoga and meditation. I love to travel.
