About Me:
I am a very vibrant, focused and driven individual who relishes hard work. Having studied at a Grammar School for my secondary education, my spare time was consumed with after school clubs (primarily sport) and I represented high level clubs on a regional level for hockey. I have always been creative rather than focussed on reading and books and so my further education took me to The University of Manchester to study a BSc (hons) degree in Design Management for fashion Retailing. I have ever been able to sit still, so following graduation, I experimented advanced professional roles related to my degree, but opportunity arose and I spent the following decade abroad working my way up into the most senior roles in two TUI Owned brands – Sunsail and then more prominently, Crystal Ski; here I was the Resort Manager after just one season alone.

Networking in these environments provided another opportunity, which suited me perfectly. I moved into the world of superyachts, a career beginning in the role of ‘Deckhand’. This being an unusual role for a female (still to this day – although it is developing) lit a fire for me to prove my capability regardless of gender, and I gained my certificate as an Ocean Yacht Master. Which opened many doors from there, such as my first drive as Chase boat Captain and First Officer on board a new-build private vessel..

Covid related instances brought me back to the UK, and I launched my own Personal Training business. After qualifying, I left my job as an Events Manager and joined the very well respected ‘Pure GYM’ which was the breeding ground for my clientele. As my books grew, I opened my own gym in Brighton, UK.

Now I am maintaining my business, largely online…because…well ‘life’ happens and I am fighting to regain a space that I can run both my Personal Fitness business (primarily focussed on balance and mental health benefits from activity and mobility as well as rehabilitation) and my additional work in tattoo art.

I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, and I am so grateful for the power that this gives me to adventure and experience new things. I consider this to be such a hugely positive element of the human I am, and makes me who I am.
