About Me:
I was born in a village in the West Midlands near Dudley, 1 of 5 children –and I am a twin.

As a young girl I knew I would never stay in my village, I wanted adventures.

At age 13 I did the Duke of Edinburgh award Bronze where I looked after greyhounds which entailed boiling a cow’s head and using it to feed them.

I left home at 18 and went to work at a hotel in Cornwall which was great fun and a revelation for me, proper freedom and exotic (to me) food. At the age of 20 I travelled extensively through Europe ending up in Afghanistan before returning to the UK. I then spent time in Berkshire and Hull before coming back to settle in Cornwall. I started a successful Hairdressing business expanding to 3 salons. I reached the point and wanted a change in a different direction so did a course in China restoration, which I still dabble in now 30 years later

On one of my visits to the NEC Beauty shows, I saw Permanent makeup being demonstrated and knew instantly that this was something I wanted to do, I trained and have had a successful business for the last 21 years in this field, I feel rewarded when I a client leaves my clinic feeling happier with her appearance and gains self-confidence. I have also done courses in Fibroblast, Skin rejuvenation, injectables, schlerotherapy and phlebotomy. All at different times of course. I have worked with people all my working life and enjoyed every minute.

I spend time in Portugal visiting my sister who has lived there for the last 20 years and have a property in France which keeps me busy renovating and gardening.

I have always had a keen interest in makeup and fashion, and once had a fashion section within my salon.

I enjoy skiing / water skiing although I do not have much time for these pursuits any more.
