At 51, I’m embarking on an exciting new journey as a model, bringing a unique blend of experiences. Originally from the beautiful island of Sardinia, Italy, I have called London home for almost two decades. While my English is fluent, you might catch a charming hint of my Italian accent when we chat.
My career began in the fitness world as a personal trainer and Pilates teacher. Today, I’m a dedicated nutritional therapist and naturopath driven by a profound belief in the body’s ability to heal and thrive. My personal health journey has been transformative; 11 years ago, I successfully reversed a cancer diagnosis, a milestone that fuels my commitment to natural and holistic wellness.
My love for animals profoundly shapes my lifestyle choices. As a vegan, I am dedicated to living compassionately and making choices that do not harm our fellow creatures. This compassion extends to all beings, and it also drives my interactions and relationships with people.
Travel is one of my great passions. I am particularly fond of warm, sun-soaked destinations where I can immerse myself in nature, relax on the beach, and soak up the sun. Whether exploring new cultures or simply enjoying the tranquillity of a natural setting, travelling rejuvenates my spirit.
Languages are another area of my life where I find joy and connection. I speak Italian, my mother tongue, English fluently, and conversational Spanish, which opens doors to diverse cultures and communities.
In my free time, I love to stay active and engaged in various sports. Racket sports are a particular favourite, and you’ll often find me on the courts playing Padel, Pickleball, or even a game of squash. These activities not only keep me fit but also allow me to enjoy the camaraderie and challenge of competitive play.
