About Me:
I was born in 1966 in Corby, a steel town in England and moved to South Africa as a child where I finished my schooling, gaining school colours for dramatics and a matriculation certificate that got me into university. I played all the sports, athletics and swimming, football and rugby, cricket and gymnastics. After school I did two years of compulsory national service in the army working as a Brigadiers aid and camps thereafter.

I then joined the South African Broadcasting Corporation as a network controller, working alongside the BBC, ITV, Visnews, CNN, LWT, ZDF and more during the freeing of Nelson Mandela, the fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of Communism. Breakfast television started up at that time and Topsport an all Saturday sports programme that included international events, including Italia90 world cup. We worked with 3 live news studios as well as game and quiz studios with live audience providing quality live to air productions.

I then went to Israel for two years working kibbutz, I have a Theology degree.

I also worked for a company called Call a Crew and was a production runner for a Kevin Bacon film, The Air Up There, was on television in Arende playing a British soldier set in the Boer War. I did some voice over work as a teenager on a Pieter Dirk Uys film and some child modelling work for Royal Baking Powder and promotional work for citrus oranges. Also live to air advertising for Hyperama on their It’s a Knockout series.

In 1994 I travelled through Africa, solo, overland to Israel then through Greece, the Slavic states, Hungary and spent time in Berlin washing dishes, I milk cows too.

I got back to England in 1998 finally to stay, have bought a house in Corby and have been in warehousing all this time. I drive VNA, Reach, CB, LLOP and PPT trucks. I have a driving licence and can ride a motorbike. I was trained to use firearms in the army, I’m a bit out of shape but have run marathon so can shape up.

I had a day filming as an extra on The Essex Serpent, and two days on The Crown. I was in England during the first Gulf war and worked at Visnews (Reuters) Park Royal logging SAT feeds for international news agencies.

I hope to get involved in film, fashion and TV in some small way here in England.
